In the car on the way to Lake George, John asked, "Mommy, can I have some popcorn?" This was out of the blue, so I responded with, "Popcorn?!" John replied in a very matter of fact and slightly exasperated tone, "Yeah, it's a type of food!"
Duh, Mommy!
