So we made John's teachers' day today...
John was wearing his rock star shirt and told Danielle that he has to have long hair to be a rock star. So I added that it was because he likes to watch the 80s hair band videos with Daddy and that John has also mentioned that he wants the leather pants. She thought that was great. But then, because she was laughing at what Daddy "taught" him, John decided to come out and say, "Mommy, you're insane in the membrane!" Yep, Danielle thought that was the best thing she'd heard all week. But it didn't stop there. I figured we'd just top it off since he was being quite the comedian, and we finished with "I've got the skills...to pay the bills." Danielle was laughing and the other girl thought it was too funny. Danielle said we just made her day.
